Mechanical Fresh Air: The ERV Solution.
Modern Fort Worth homes are built to be airtight. While this is great for thermal retention, it creates a "stagnant air" environment. ERVs solve this through technical heat exchange.
Thermodynamic Heat Transfer
An ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) exhausts stale indoor air while drawing in fresh outdoor air. The technical magic happens in the exchange core: the system transfers thermal energy and moisture from the incoming air to the outgoing air (or vice-versa). This allows you to breathe fresh air without the energy penalty of cooling unconditioned outdoor air from scratch.
Latent Load Management
In our humid North Texas climate, an ERV is particularly effective at managing latent heat. By removing humidity from incoming fresh air, the system reduces the moisture-removal burden on your main AC unit. Noah Roberts specializes in integrating ERVs into existing HVAC circulatory systems for maximum technical performance.
